The Retreat Sisters in Ibizia this has been a dream for a while so I am so excited to announce we will be heading to Ibizia for a wonderful retreat 17-23rd Mat 2020. Jumping Workshop - booking is available for this fun packed workshop on Sunday 15th March. Aimed at any yoga practitioner that wants to develop a bit of lightness in their practice, through technique drills and partner work we will explore the jump to standing in the vinyasa and also the jump through to sitting. Be prepared to work hard and have fun!

Beginners - If you would like to start to learn this dynamic practice then please get in touch with me to find out when the next beginners session is or alternatively we can arrange a one to one so that you can then join the self practice classes.
