New Street Market - a new and exciting venue in Woodbridge. Join me for a Saturday night stretch!! Arrival at 7pm for a start at 7:10 once we've got all the mats sorted. A sit together to connect with the breath and we'll begin to flow through energising sequences to ignite your Saturday night, backed up by a lively playlist. As always we'll close with a nice relaxation. New Street are making us a special Kombucha Spritz for the end of class...and if you wish you can carry on your night in their bar! I'll have mats and props available but if you have your own please do bring them as they'll be nicer than the communal ones! Also a blanket or warm jumper for the final relaxation. I require full payment at the time of booking. This is a pop-up event and there are no transfers available. 48 hours notice should be given to cancel your space otherwise I retain the full payment. NOT SUITABLE FOR PREGNANCY - SORRY.
